R3 VLCD Day 5

Another .6 down today for a total of 5.6.  The disappointing thing about being close to my goal weight is that I definitely seem to be losing weight a lot slower than everybody else.  I have 17.4 lbs to go and I’m pretty sure I’m just going to stay on phase 2 until it’s gone but it might take FOREVER at this rate!

I made some chicken chili last night and added too much tomato paste so it’s a little saucier than I would normally make it but it turned out pretty good.  I tried shrimp again the other night and I don’t know why I do that to myself.  The flavor of shrimp gags me so WHY do I keep trying it?  I guess shrimp sounds like it would taste good but it DOESN’T.

    What about crab? I haven't had it in years but I thought it was good. I don't like shrimp either! You are still doing good Mia! That last bit of weight will come off in no time!

    what is this chicken chili you speak of? mmm sounds GOOD… Mia, i haven't seen you, but i'm sure you look great! and we'll be right here along with you, (at least until the 23rd or 24th… but i'm sure that even though maintenance phase we will still be so sad about something we can't have with you!

    Ooh crab – I might have to splurge and buy some. I DO like crab, but then that means I have to share with the hubs lol
