I feel like I’ve been really anti-social lately and that’s partly because I believe that I have seasonal affective disorder (cabin fever) and it gets REALLY bad during February, and partly because I quit smoking (still cheat here and there, but quit for the most part), and mostly because I’m working out three weeknights and on Saturdays with Renee.  I’m beginning to get used to the additional hours that  I have to squeeze in and so I’m starting to function a bit better.  So I’ve been working out 4x a week for almost a month now.  I started watching calories about 3 days ago and have already lost half a pound.  This is definitely MUCH slower than HCG.  I had my body fat tested last week – I’m only 26.4% bodyfat, which is the lower end of the “acceptable” range.  At 24% I will be within the “fitness” range.  I KNOW that this is because of HCG.  My bodyfat percentage before HCG was 42%.

Well, that’s about all I have to say for now.  I really am hoping to start posting more often, and I’m reading everyone’s blogs every day, but it’s usually on the fly and I have no time to respond.  I love you allllllllllllllll!
